Battle of Berlin
The battle of Berlin took place between the German Empire and the
Soviet Union from 16th April to 2nd May 1945, and is considered to be
the last important battle of the second world war.

The consequence of the battle was the occupation of Berlin by the
Soviet Russian army. The combats claimed more than 700.000 lives.
100.000 were civilians.
Soviet Union had 2,5 mio soldiers, 6250 tanks, and 7500 aircrafts in
the battle. The German Empire 1 million soldiers, 800 tanks and 100
aircrafts.
